Reply time is how quickly we answer and schedule your request, counted in business days (Monday to Friday). Edit time resets each month.
What’s not included
- Edit time doesn’t roll over. Unused time resets at the start of each month.
- Work beyond your plan’s edit time is quoted before we do it.
- Major changes, such as new sections, new features, or a redesign, are quoted separately.
- Third-party subscriptions, like giving platforms or email tools, are billed by those providers.

What’s the difference between the plans?
All three include hosting management, backups, and security and uptime monitoring. Essential ($59/month) includes 30 minutes of edits a month and a reply within 5 business days. Standard ($129/month) includes 2 hours of edits, a reply within 3 business days, and a monthly report. Priority ($249/month) includes 5 hours of edits, a reply within 1 business day, and a monthly report.
Do unused hours roll over?
No. Each month’s edit time resets at the start of the next month.
What if I need more than my plan covers?
We quote the extra work before we start, so there are no surprise charges. If you regularly need more time, moving up a plan usually costs less.
Are third-party subscriptions included?
No. Services like giving platforms or email tools are billed by those providers.
Do I need a care plan?
It’s optional. Every site includes 30 days of post-launch edits (up to two rounds) and a CMS handoff so you can manage your own content. A care plan is for clients who’d rather we keep handling updates, hosting oversight, and monitoring. Major changes are quoted separately.
Can I add a care plan to a site you didn’t build?
Ask us. We’ll look at the site first and tell you whether a plan fits.
Do I own the website?
Yes. Your domain, your content, and your accounts stay in your name, whether or not you’re on a plan.
