This website, standwatchdigital.com (the “Site”), is operated by StandWatch Digital (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

About the Site

The Site describes the digital services StandWatch Digital offers — including website design, redesign, and care plans, as well as automation, app, and digital training work — and gives you a way to request a quote. Information on the Site is general and is not an offer, a quote, or professional advice.

Projects and quotes

Submitting a quote request or contacting us does not create a client relationship or an obligation for either party. Every project is quoted individually. The scope, timeline, price, deliverables, ownership of work, and other terms of any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement, and that agreement governs the project.

Your use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• interfere with the Site, bypass its security controls, or use automated means to disrupt it or submit forms; or
• send us confidential or sensitive information about third parties that you are not authorized to share.

Website code and records

During a project, your website’s code is kept in a private GitHub repository, not on StandWatch Digital computers. The repository is transferred to you, or access is granted to you, after your final approval and full deployment of the site. Fees for repository setup and GitHub deployment are included in your written quote. After launch, for 30 days we make up to two rounds of requested content changes to the approved site and correct anything that does not work as approved; new features, new pages, and changes after that period are covered by a care plan or quoted separately.

Remnant copies of project files may remain on StandWatch Digital computers, drives, or other digital media for up to 5 years after your last service request.

Portfolio and client work

Client projects shown on the Site are presented with the client’s permission. Names, trademarks, images, and content belonging to clients remain the property of their owners. Results described for past projects do not guarantee similar results for future projects.

Intellectual property

The Site’s design, text, graphics, and the StandWatch Digital name and logo are owned by StandWatch Digital or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse them without permission, except as allowed by law.

Independent recommendations

StandWatch Digital is not an affiliate or partner of Cloudflare (including its hosting and domain registration services), Astro, or any other product or service we recommend or mention. We receive no commissions, referral fees, or other financial benefit from our recommendations. Our only compensation comes from the projects our clients engage us to perform. Third-party services you choose are provided under those companies’ own terms and pricing.

Links to other sites

The Site may link to websites we do not control, including sites we built for clients. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or change the Site at any time. We may update these Terms; the effective date above shows when they last changed.

Limitations

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to remove.
